Dr. Stephanie Watson, Gas Safety Management System Program Lead and Gas Policy Engineer for Consumers Energy, is responsible for implementation of API RP 1173. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and has been with Consumers for 11 years.
Matt Frazell
Matt Frazell, EIT, ASP is a Principal Consultant at ERM, where he specializes in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Petrochemical sectors. His fields of expertise include OSHA Process Safety Management, DOT/PHMSA Compliance, and Process Hazard Analysis.
