        Training Center

        While our documentation center is a great resource for common features, it doesn’t cover your specific business rules and workflows. With a DevonWay Training Center, your users will have available to them a rich set of materials tailored to your applications. Each Training Center topic includes both a Job Aid and a Simulator:

        • Job Aid — A brief guide that provides instructional text, and graphics if needed, covering specific tasks required by a user. The job aid can be printed, or viewed on desktop computers and various mobile devices.
        • Video  — A video tutorial that guides users through task-specific activities.

        A DevonWay Training Center includes ongoing management of the topics through bi-yearly refresh activities, during which both the simulators and associated job aids are brought up to date based on changes made to the application since the last refresh. You may alternatively opt to update job aids throughout the year by including this work in Continuous Improvement activities, meaning the updates to training materials would be included within the normal life-cycle of individual TrakWay tickets. Either ensures your Training Center is kept current over time.
