On Sept. 29, 2023, DevonWay was officially acquired by Ideagen, a global company dedicated to the safety and sustainability of highly regulated, high-risk industries. The acquisition brought together two leading companies to create a stronger solution with enhanced global support.
Ideagen DevonWay will continue to offer the same suite of Asset, Work, Quality, and Safety Management solutions that seamlessly interconnect on a single, secure platform. The acquisition by Ideagen expands our delivery capacity and product footprint, as well as the opportunity to scale up services and support at an accelerated pace.
