2018 User Group Summit Agenda Ready for Observation

We’re so excited to announce the details for the 2018 DevonWay User Group Spring Summit!

This is not like our typical Continuous Improvement Conference, but a more focused event that will benefit users and administrators.

For the Users

Users will have the opportunity to take beginning and advanced level courses on dashboard, searching, and reporting/business intelligence. In addition, we’ll have a tips and tricks forum where users can engage directly their peers and the technical team.

For the Admins

Admins have a number of various courses available to them involving the fundamentals of the administrator role and the use of Module Builder. There will be plenty of opportunities to benchmark during the breakout sessions centered around Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Safety Observations, and Electronic Work Packages (EWP) and Digital Procedures.

I assure you we’ll have some fun activities planned for the evening. With the event being five months down the road, we have yet to finalize the agenda, so stay tuned for more details.
